Eastgate Maritime Corporation

Eastgate Maritime Corporation (EMC) is a Philippine-registered manning company, engaged in ship manning business and seafarer deployment. Established in 1989, EMC provides hundreds of seafarers with sustainable employment.
As of June 2022, the company has 32 manned vessels and five principals. The company deploys able-bodied seafarers for Car Carrier, Bulk, and Tuna Reefer vessels, among others.
Eastgate Maritime Corporation is an affiliated company of Island Overseas Transport Corporation and its headquarters is located on the Mezzanine Floor, Eastgate Center in Mandaluyong City.

Eastgate Maritime Training Center Inc.

Eastgate Maritime Training Center, Inc. (EMTCI) was established in 2006 to provide in-house training programs and technical courses for its affiliated company, Island Overseas Transport Corporation and Eastgate Maritime Corporation. EMTCI courses are also offered for walk-in trainees from other manning agencies.
EMTCI is located at Dasmarinas City, Cavite, a one-hour drive from Eastgate Centre, Mandaluyong City. The Cavite site is a 4,830 sqm facility with a three-story dormitory building that can accommodate a 180-bed space capacity for trainees. EMTCI housed state-of-the-art equipment such as Bridge Ship Simulator, ECDIS Simulator, Marine Electrical and Generator Panel, and CBT Programs to enhance seafarer’s competence.
The training complex is also built with a swimming pool, welfare facilities, and car parking spaces.

Equinox Land Corporation

Established in 1993, Equinox Land Corporation (ELC) is a domestic realty corporation engaged in leasing of commercial office space. Its 9-story commercial building, the Eastgate Centre, rises in a 990 sqm lot area located at 169 EDSA, Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City. The commercial building has a gross floor area of 7,075 sqm with dedicated IT areas, common utility, commercial spaces, a multi-purpose hall, and parking areas in the basement.
